Good service but salon was very busy with lots of people running around - almost chaotic and not really the premium salon experience I was expecting (based on the Headmasters website). My hairdresser worked very quickly and was done cutting before I got to the third page of my magazine. Despite the speed I do like my haircut and she styled it really well. I was also questioned quiet heavily before being allowed to leave about how much I paid and asked to show my Treatwell pre-paid receipt a number of times at the beginning and end of my appointment. They also tried to up-sell products at every opportunity, which became quiet uncomfortable after a while. Would go back, but don’t expect a premium experience, more ‘get them in, get them out’
