My appointment was at 9am and was still waiting outside at 9:30 as nobody had arrived to open it. Never received an apology and had to call them to refund me (which I still haven't been yet)

I had a beautiful balayage done. The colour is stunning. I’m very happy. Antonio is friendly and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended
