I booked a wash, cut & blow-dry via Treatwell for 11:45, got a voicemail to come at 11, travelled there, and was told no booking existed. I showed proof and even played the voicemail, but staff kept passing me around with no help. My appointment never happened, and I wasted £16 on travel. This isn’t the first time this branch messed up my bookings. It feels like they avoid Treatwell customers. Treatwell still haven’t responded or refunded me. Appalling service and poor management.

Staff are always friendly right from when I walk through the door. Patrick was really attentive and asked me if I was happy with the lengths he was cutting off first, I would definitely recommend him! I’ve had compliments on the cut and blow dry!
