I love booking Headmasters appointments through Treatwell for the convenience. Generally speaking, I was ok with the cut - however realise you will probably get juniors or trainees if you book just a 'stylist' and don't go for the senior option. This was ok, as I just needed a little trim. Also, I always think (no matter how I book) that the 'luxury head massage' is quite a stretch. This last for about 20-30 seconds and is what you would expect for the conditioner step of your wash. The new chairs they have are great, and at least you get a massage from them which is free. Perhaps they should spend a little more time on the 'luxury head massage' to make their clients feel that extra bit special, especially as it's something you'd expect from the title of what you're paying for.
My stylist Gina was very nice. I was happy with the haircut although it was only minor split ends trimming.
went for haircut. I felt it was very rushed and the layers in my hair in the front are not great. I have had better haircuts
My visit to headmasters was nothing short of fabulous. I was seen on time which was great. I was seated and offered refreshments of which i had choices not every say ypu are offered some bubbly and chocolates while having you haor done. My stylist Yasmin came over introduced herself amd we discussed what i had in mind. I was then ushered over to have my hair washed and treated which was finished off with a lovely head massage. Oh and lets not forget the lovely massaging chair I was seated in for the washing experience. I then returned to the cutting chair and Yasmin had some photos to show me what she had in mind and all I can say is I LOVE MY NEW HAIR STYLE.... thank you Yasmin for sol g such a fantastic job and making a tired mum of 2 feel fabulous!!
