Probably nicer there on a weekday as it was a bit quiet on a Sunday - but very grateful that they were open in a weekend!
I had booked for regwroth colour, and as they’d done my roots and I was waiting for it to settle the hairdresser told me that regrowth bleach (which is what I was having) and regrowth colour were two different things price wise. There was a £30 difference (which makes no sense to me, I’ve had both bleach and colour done before and they’ve been the same price)! I explained that although it was maybe my fault that I didn’t understand the difference when booking, that they should have explained that to me before they started treating my hair, so I could have made a decision about whether I wanted to go ahead before it was too late. Luckily they understood and let me have the bleach for the price I had already paid through Treatwell.
The cut was fine, not spectacular, but okay.
The “luxury head massage” was a bit of a joke, a ten second session of a bit of fingertapping on my head and working the shampoo in to my hair doesn’t really qualify as a luxury massage.
My hairdresser was lovely, there did seem to be a bit of a weird vibe between the staff, though, as if they didn’t all get along very well. It may just have been the end of a long day for all of them, which I can empathise with.
Would go back, but must say the low price was a big reason for going and would be in deciding whether I go back too.
