I wouldn’t say that I’m a regular customer at the salon. My visits are infrequent and usually coincide with work commitments but I would rather tolerate a unkempt mane then go anywhere else in between. Gerardo is a really great stylist, listens to what you want and will make honest suggestions as to what is achievable. The standard of service is impeccable, the salon is always clean, not cluttered and the staff are extremely attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The salon is based in Mayfair so you do expect a certain quality of client support. Hairdressers were sitting around, gossiping, laughing loudly, doing their hair and makeup in the chairs. It felt like a college common room. My highlights were ok however my scalp was burning during the blowdry and Gerardo told me I have to ‘get a little burnt’ for a good blowdry-not true Gerardo, you need to get better at your job, especially when charging me to have my scalp burnt. Save your money (and scalp)
