Sophie was really lovely and took the time to provide a thorough consultation so I felt at ease before my haircut.
The pot of tea and biscuits were a nice touch too.
Only thing which would make it 100% rather than 99.9% was a longer head massage as the description on Treatwell does state relaxing head massage. It was relaxing, but brief.
Other than that, thank you so much Sophie for looking after me. It was a pleasure meeting you 😊

Really lovely place, staff very friendly and welcoming, had my hair done by Becky who was lovely we had a really good chat, she really cared about making hair look great and made me feel so comfortable! The wash was amazing, and the chairs you sit in ate massage chairs!! Was amazing experience, I live quite far away from Horsham so just popped in on a visit down here but next time I’m here I was definitely be going back!
