Amazing results, did not complain that the progress took longer then expected. Love the new hair.
However perhaps always have someone on front desk to welcome in guests so they do not need to end up waiting 5 mins...also more safe to the company.

They messed up booking my appointment in but they managed to find me a new appointment with a more senior stylist and didn't charge me any extra.

The salon is a nice environment, however upon arrival I waited in a chair for 20 minutes without anyone speaking to me. The cut seems to be good, however it took a long time to blow-dry my hair and the end result wasn't quite what I was after.
