The staff was lovely. There was a mishap with my booking, they didn't have me registered but they were really nice and offered to reschedule only one hour later. They offered me free extra treatment to apologize for the mishap. Ali cuts hair perfectly. They were all doing everything they could to make me happy and it's fab value for money. Would definitely recommend this place but maybe give them a call a day before your appointment to make sure you're all booked in in their system?

The experience was very pleasent. The hair dresser was polite and listened to what I wanted but made helpful suggestions as well. I can recommend this place!

I my review only gets 4 stars because after I booked my haircut on treatwell, the salon rang to say that particular time was not available and that the time needed to be changed. Also When I arrived at the salon, the hairdresser informed me that she was running 20 mins late . To compensate for any inconvenience the salon gave me a free hot towel treatment. Overall the staff were very friendly and I was pleased with my haircut. I think the salon needs to pay more attention to the times they advertise on the treatwell website.
