The shape of the blow dry, and the friendliness of the staff/stylist was tops. My suggested improvements are the following;
- take an extra 5-10 minutes for thicker hair to dry properly
- don’t use so much product as the blow dry only lasted 1 day, when normally it lasts 3-4

Worst blow dry I’ve ever had. I left with my hair in worse condition than I walked in with. Stylist was so rough with my hair. Not even apologetic. She seemed in a rush even though I was early. Blow dry barely lasted my 15 minute Uber journey home. After couple hours my hair felt and looked like it was glued down on to my scalp. I tried to salvage it by using tongs but no use. I paid £32 for this. My usual hairdressers Atherton Cox charge £28 and I get an amazing blow dry that lasts days everytime. Unfortunately they were fully booked that’s why I went Headmasters on that day. But Headmasters always dissapoints. No wonder it was empty on Friday. Will avoid and go Toni & guy next time for last minute bookings as at least they train their staff properly.
