Kristof started by saying that the highlights - which I paid £145 for - would look yellow without a toner. Why sell it if it looks terrible without an extra expense? He was snappy and patronizing throughout. I didn’t get offered a drink and when I asked after an hour if I could have one please, he said rudely ‘what do you want?’. A lot more expensive than many many other places yet a really unpleasant experience when it should have been a treat.

Lovely staff. But had to return to get 2nd blow dry as it all dropped out (and doesn't usually, usually lasts 3 days) that 2nd dropped by the time I was home too. So curled my own hair for the wedding in the end. Waste of £41!
They were v accommodating in booking me in that 2nd time however, and v friendly too

The service was great but my hair was not what I expected plus there were so many add-ons to the original price and I wasn’t 100% happy with the result - it was a streaky blonde style instead of the original style I wanted. In addition the service was pretty rough and my neck started to ache from the hair pulling
