Not happy with my balayage sadly - was ash when I wanted a more sun kissed look and it didn’t turn out on my fringe too. Took over 3 hours and the communication wasn’t clear.
I arrived on time and I was told that I will need to wait for 15 minutes. I agreed to come back after 20 and when I arrived I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got my hair cut.
Using TreatWell was very useful in the past to book appointments during my lunch break, but this experience added unnecessary stress.
I would recommend that the salon calls their customers when they need to postpone their appointments. Sometimes it is easier to cancel than wait.
