Andrew was very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately, I did not get the haircut I requested, and my hair isn’t straight, it looks a complete mess. Andrew did not ask where my parting was or cut my hair according to this. He also didn’t ask what kind of blow dry I wanted and I ended up with flat, frizzy hair. I honestly hate it and it’s horrible, despite it being a simple job. I was in and out within half hour and it’s shocking to know that a basic haircut is too much to ask!
