I went in for a quick fringe trim- the hairdresser should have just said they did not understand/could not do it and pass me over to another colleague. Instead they completely changed my fringe and said it was their "professional opinion" that I should wear it like that instead. One of the first things I asked for was for the fringe not to be short enough that my eyebrows would be showing- she completely disregarded this. Rather than 2 minutes this trim lasted about 10 minutes as she tried to correct the mess she had made of my fringe. It was really upsetting.

the salon is really convenient to my house. The staff were helpful and friendly and my stylist did a great job on the cut and blow-dry
