My hair was cut wonky and I felt uncomfortable saying anything at the time, they definitely felt under qualified to be cutting hair as didn’t do some of the basics like showing me the back of my hair with a mirror. Not going back.

She asked to swap with someone 5 mins into my appointment and was very rude the whole time . Asked for my hair to be cut to sit on my shoulder and she went half way up my neck

Lovely lady & made me feel comfortable. Listened to what I wanted. Good haircut & feels much healthier. Liked the massage chair 👍🏼 only knocked off 1 star as my blow dry was a bit flat and still a bit damp when I left.

Overall a great experience. Really pleased with haircut. Skilled hairdresser who understood what I wanted. I loved the massaging chair for the wash too.
