Overall, a bit of a let down. There was no head massage given, just the normal washing you would have in any salon. My hair was yanked a lot with the comb and I was worried about it breaking. It's not an experience where you feel pampered. One of the members of staff was not being very nice to another, which made it a somewhat awkward experience to be in.

Had to wait 30mins for my appointment.. blow dry was OK certainly not worth the price.

The salon was quiet but we were in early on a Saturday morning so that would be why. The cut was good, nothing special but good enough. I did feel very rushed at the end, the stylist had said he would finish off the shape at the front once blowdried. Once my hair was dried he showed me the back and then left to see the next customer, at first I thought he had gone to get something! Not really happy with that treatment, especially as I ended up with no fringe cut at all! Wouldnt return.

I Loved my hair cut that I got at the salon, and my hairdresseer Amy was wonderful, She has great hairdressing and customer service skills. some of the other staff however need some customer service training. when i arrived at the salon i was was greeted with ('well im not a receptionist so...*shrug*).............

My haircut and blow dry overall was good. However my hairdresser was running late and still with previous client when I arrived so my appointment felt slightly rushed.
