Really impressed with this hairdressers and the service provided. Would definitely go back again. :)
This is a dreadful salon, that cares only about extracting the maximum amount of money from you. I just had my roots done by a very poor hairdresser. She made my roots 100 times darker than the rest of my hair. When I confronted her during the blow dry, she tried to brush me off with nonsense-it will wash out, it's not that bad. Eventually she agreed to try and rectify the situation with a cleansing shampoos to no effect. I paid over £70, and the zero personality receptionist had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to book my next appointment. Nobody cares here, it's all front and no substance. All they care about is ripping you off. I would never go back to this awful salon, and now have to have my hair redone. Lesson learned.

Stylist was very professional - even though I only went in for a trim he spent a lot of time making sure the cut was perfect and made the most of my very fine, thin hair. Can't say I noticed an Indian head massage though!
Great haircut, my hairdresser really listened to what I wanted and talked me through what he thought would look good. I was new to the area and will be returning
Hair cut with stylist was good, she was friendly and professional. Having my hair washed was the worst, I had very long hair and the girl who did the shampoo and wash only covered the top of my head with a towel and didn't squeeze any excess water or wrap all my hair in the towel so when I sat back down, I felt my entire back was soaked through, the water had gone through 2 of my tops and onto my back, the stylist apologized and started blow drying my clothes. Great stylist but unfortunately the hair wash ruined the experience, won't be going back.
