The staff were incredibly friendly towards customers but the salon was super busy and there was a bit of drama going on with the staff.
My haircut was nice enough.
Shorna was lovely and gave a really nice haircut, however the salon seemed understaffed- the reception was unattended meaning that there were delays in receiving my treatment.
My main issue was that there was a hidden £20 charge for toner that was sprung on me. This should have been clear in the treatment description. I was told if I didn't have it, my hair would go yellow so it isn't an optional extra, you have to have it. As such, I felt mislead which just soured the experience My stylist, Caterina, was very sweet and did a good job on my hair but this review has asked me to rate someone called Shona.
Great blowdry by stylist but the owner of the salon is quite rude, and made it clear that next time she will charge me more as blowdry took more than 30 minutes. Very odd policy as most salons take at least 45 mins for a good blowdry. My advice would be to try Visage and Blow bar in Ealing as the staff and owners are much more nicer and care more about customer retention then a few more pounds. Not attending again, unfortunately. The lady who blowdried my hair was sweet though, just a shame about the owner.
