My hair is choppy and uneven. I didn't notice until a few days later after I washed and straightened it. I have curly hair so a choppy hair cut can go unnoticed.
Didn't really get a luxury head massage either - just 30 seconds of whatever.
I was also upsold an Olaplex treatment which I'm actually unsure was legit Olaplex.
Overall incredibly disappointed and will never be returning.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Silas was wonderful and did an amazing job. He made sure I was happy with the length before cutting and was good at keeping in mind I have naturally curly hair. I walked out with the change I wanted and with beautifully cut hair.

Great job done by my stylist , atmosphere wasn’t great, I informed them that I was waiting for my Uber and it would be 3 minutes. They continued to ask me why I was waiting and made me feel awkward and unwelcome. They said I should wait outside in the cold, even though My stylist kindly said it’s fine to wait, the other two couldn’t be more rude. Disappointed with how I was treated in the last 3 minutes. Consistency is key. Won’t be coming back.
Blow Dry
I had an amazing experience, Ricardo and Richard I believe done my hair (Brazilians) both extremely lovely and caring guys. I will definitely book with them again. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again guys! Had an amazing time.
