I asked many times what I wanted to have done. I had to repeat myself four times about having something done, and he still didn’t do it. Such a shame because I would’ve gone back. My hair looks the same as when I got there.

A pretty mediocre hair cut. The blow dry was really aggressive, and the stylist really pulled my hair, yanking my head. Felt like she was in a rush. The resulting blow dry was very standard
