The haircut was fine, although the stylist was rushing during the blow dry; pulled at my hair several times and positioned the dryer too close to my scalp, which was painful in moments.
My thin rain jacket wasn’t taken at the beginning. I ended up folding it up and putting it on top of my bag on the floor, which was I was fine with although it had been lightly raining that morning.
Something that confused me was that I saw that other customers had been offered water, tea/ coffee but I wasn’t.
Mercy is wonderful. She listens carefully to what you want and takes her time cutting so you are happy every step of the way. Her head massage was fantastic too. 5 star visit.
