Hostile from the beginning from more than one member of the team, issue with booking through treatwell, treating it as my problem and an inconvenience to them. I then felt uncomfortable for the whole haircut and didn’t get asked how I wanted it blow dried just dried and done. I don’t get my hair cut much and consider it a treat…well that experience was very far from it sadly. Won’t be back

I did not have a good experience at this salon and probably won't go back. The stylist seemed annoyed and uninterested in her job, the 'luxury head massage' advertised was non-existent and it generally felt like I was being given the bare minimum in terms of service.

I had paid in advance for my teenage daughter’s haircut and blow dry and the hairdresser charged me extra for a treatment that she had asked my daughter if she wanted. She is a teenager and didn’t realise that this would be charged for and the hairdresser didn’t say. Wasn’t impressed by this as we had booked through Treatwell and didn’t expect her to be charged more. They shouldn’t be selling to teenagers.
Blow Dry
My blow dry was ok, but I asked for it to be wavy and she only did the ends and they dropped out really quickly. I have regular blow drys and this wasn't great comparatively. Perhaps I should have been more specific though.
