This was a very average experience, but for the price I’d expect better. You are not offered a drink or even water, and the atmosphere is not warm or inviting.
The hairdresser kept arguing with me about the length I wanted and insisting I should not take as much off and then come back at a later date if I needed to - no one wants to come back a 2nd time to get the style they initially wanted! Her styling was also disappointing - because it was dried straight at first, the style just didn’t last

Friendly and professional stylist but I specifically asked for product in the root for volume and this didn’t happen, so end result was a little limp despite last minute efforts to rectify!
