Cut and blow dry were great! The stylist sat down to ask me about the cut I wanted/look at pictures and double-checked the length at the end. My only disappointment is that the luxury head massage was just sitting in a massage chair while my hair was being washed. Would happily still recommend!

There was a problem with the system and apparently despite my confirmation email, they thought I wasn't due for another month. However they were incredibly accommodating, giving me a cup of tea and asking me to wait for a few minutes until they could find someone to help - I had a senior stylist who was luckily free so I had a fantastic haircut for technically less than I paid for! What a great and helpful salon!
