I had my hair cut by Lauren yesterday. The head massage was uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. Overall the cut and blow dry was rather disappointing - I was in and out in 25 minutes and she seemed to not realise that I had ears or in fact a scalp when she was brushing my hair. I was generally really disappointed in the service and attention to detail in the salon. I've been to other headmasters salons lots of times and have been very impressed but I certainly wouldn't return to this one.

Really love this hair salon and the £15 conditioning treatment that comes as an extra option is worth every penny! My hair is so soft and silky for at least 6 washes afterwards

No head massage. Cut was very quick (5minutes), no cutting in after to soften the layers. The salon is nice and the staff friendly but the whole experience felt very rushed compared to similar cuts at others salons.
