Staff were friendly and welcoming. I was led to my seat and found cut hair on the floor from a previous client which no one came to clean. I was meant to receive a colour consultation which no one bothered about. My appointment started 20 minutes late, the stylist who washed my hair was quite rough when washing it and it was not an enjoyable experience at all! I requested layers in my hair, only to be told I would get 'hidden layers' which frankly I do not understand what that means and I see no layers at all in my hair. Half way into my appointment another client arrived and as the stylist was running late the appointment was rushed. My hair was not straight and smooth (as one would expect afterwards) and I had to go home to straighten it myself. Would not recommend this salon at all unless you want a simple trim and blow dry. Not worth the money even with a discount of some sort!

The salon receptionist was welcoming and swiftly escorted me to sit. She also told me where things were and asked if I would like a drink. The stylist was also pleasant - asking me questions about my lifesyle and hair products that I currently use and made suggestions about the cut and explained why. I was pleased with the overall results - he did what he said he would do. I would definitely be back for future treatments.

It was quick efficient and cheap. A great experience, the stylist was very professional and polite, it was a relaxing experience.

A good cut, although the blow dry dropped pretty quickly it was nice when it was done. I paid extra for the conditioning treatment and my hair feels healthier than it has for months.

I attended this Headmasters salon for the second time last month using a 50% off voucher received on my first visit.
The salon itself is lovely and the staff all seemed lovely. On this visit I had colour and balayage no hair cut and for this i paid £96.50 i have no problem paying for quality service but £193 would be incredibly steep for a hair dye job. On my first visit I had colour, bayalage and cut and this cost £135 so the sudden change in price makes no sense.
For this reason I cannot see myself returning to Headmasters purely due to the cost as there are many other hairdressers in London offering high class services for a fraction of the price.
