Friendly and welcoming and was immediately seated but even though i did turn up early I did have to wait an extra 15 minutes until my hairdresser was finished with her previous client. The wash and massage was so relaxing (especially with the massage chair) and my hairdresser was very thorough with the style I wanted and I'm very happy! Will definitely be going back as the late openings are ideal.

Jason was my stylist. Jason did a great job and was a total delight. He listened to what I wanted and then gave his own creative input which was really appreciated. I've had bad experiences before so I am quite aware of how some stylists do what they think you want. Jason did exactly what I asked for and more. The massaging chairs are awesome. I will be back.

Always have great customer service at this salon and they make you feel very welcome with drinks etc. Will be returning for my blow dry here next time! Thanks Headmasters
Blow Dry
I would say it the whole experience was "fine", nothing overwhelming. My appointment was 11am and they were running about 30mins behind. To be fair, the stylist did let me know and I think it was due to someone not turning up, so understandable but annoying. I didn't feel like I really had a consultation - was just taken to be shampooed so my stylist didn't even see my hair dry. The wash wasn't great, I think the head massage lasted about 1 minute. The cut is fine (I only had a slight trim) and it was styled nicely, but I didn't feel very appreciated as a customer. I was given a cup of tea and biscuits though :)
