I got a decent haircut here, but the blow dry wasn't good (asked for voluminous - was very flat) and the 'luxury head massage' was very average... don't expect more than the usual head massage or pay more for this feature! Although my haircut was nice (I asked for a very simple trim) I feel the service was overpriced. I have just as good haircuts for cheaper and much better blow drys.

The appointment was bang on time, the hairdresser was friendly and listened to what I wanted, the premises and facilities were clean and inviting and I enjoyed the whole experience and left with the haircut I wanted.
