Nice salon with friendly staff. Was a reasonable cut but wasn't given much advice about how to look after my damaged, over-processed hair, so left feeling like questions hadn't been answered. Would return though, as was good value for money!
I've been to Headmasters several times before, and was pleased with the results. Unfortunately this time I had a really bad hair cut. My luxury head massage lasted probably about 2 minutes, my hair cut was the worst haircut I had in my life, and instead of a nice blowdry, the stylist used a straightener to create some natural curls. At the time I didn't say anything as I thought it would be ok (maybe I should have), but it didn't last more than 2 hours and didn't give the shine and volume of a blowdry. On a positive note, I called them to explain the situation few days later and they were very helpful and understanding, they arranged another appointment with a more senior stylist who managed to correct the issues. I think this was a one off and I would still continue going to Headmasters as I like the staff and usually the results are pretty good.
