After my hair was cut, I was not shown the back in a mirror. It wasn't cut to how I wanted it shown in photos. I was in and out in 30 mins, when it was meant to take 45. That shows that no attention to detail was given . Had to go somewhere else after to fix the cut.

She burnt my hair and now I have more split ends than I started with. She died my hair so poorly another hairdresser had to fix it weeks later and was appalled at the quality.
