Was waiting 20 minutes past the time of my appointment, was just left to wait without anyone giving me any more information. Hairdresser was kind and apologetic once she did come over and I did like the wash and cut that I had. Just wish the experience had started better.

Gaia was kind, understanding, very professional and experienced and I LOVED the head massage.
It was a big scary cut and change for me, but she totally understood what I wanted and delivered accordingly.
I couldn't recommend her and the place more...
