Hope just a bad day. Been left for ages with the colour on my roots as she was attending another client.It can happen. However then the colour was applied on the rest of my long thick hair for just 5 min so it is uneven in the light. Blow dry.Had to point out 5 times that I have a fringe, but she kept drying ooutwards like in the worst 90s hairstyle. Then she tried to correct it but obviously the fringe didn't sit right anymore.when Isaid I was not happy with that she blamed my hair. Left upset.

Iram was sooo amazing and friendly! The hair cut that I received was definitely worth it. She was so attentive and took her time to cut my hair, I didn’t feel rushed at all. She understood my hair concerns and managed to make my hair look trendy and full of volume. Her technical skills, knowledge and passion is highly commendable and it was executed beautifully with my hair cut. I can’t thank her enough! Thanks Iram I’ll be back x

She did cut my hair properly but more than we had agreed - not a big deal it will grow back. I wish the hairdryer was safer ; it did not have a protective back. My hair got tangled in it and it was painful to get it all out. As it is also very fine, I lost a fair bit of it in the process. I also wished that the issue had been acknowledged at all. Instead she rushed the blow dry (I assume to finish on time as the hairdryer incident took a while). By the way, it was not Claire as she was off sick
