Overall, love the haircut done by the hairdresser. She listened to what I wanted and I left feeling good. Only negative was when i came in another lady sat me in a chair with a previous hair cut still on the floor/chair.

I was the last appointment on Christmas Eve and was definitely made very aware I was. Incredibly rushed! By the time I got to the end of the road, all my curls had dropped out so I had to go home and redo my hair for a party I was going to! Really disappointed as Headmasters are usually good.
