Love this salon. Great service and great value. Straight-in, straight-out, no-nonesense appointment. Really happy with the cut and hairdresser listened to me when I told her what I wanted!
Very clean salon, luxury atmosphere but the massage lasted for 8 sec. I would go there again though.
I had a great haircut, treatment and blow dry. My hair is feeling much healthier and my hairdresser was very helpful in working out what my hair needed. Only thing I would say is the Indian Head Massage was pretty non existent but otherwise no complaints. I've booked my next appointment with them!
Overall the haircut was good but the experience was not worth the full price. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes and not given the impression that this was unusual - fine for somewhere cheaper, but would have expected them to be more apologetic for £55. I also felt like I was being given the 'hard sell' during the hair wash - the stylist was asking me what products I used and then telling me why they weren't up to scratch compared to what they sell. Again, for the price I'd rather be left in peace! However, I don't have any complaints about the haircut, which was good, and the blow dry was nice (although the products left my hair quite greasy after half a day). Might go again if I had a good money off deal!
Great experience. They were on time and did a great job with my daughters hair. She is very happy and pleased with the cut.
