Very disappointing experience. I wanted a big change, end up with a tiny tidy up of my existing cut, with quick blow dry & no styling. I literally looked worse when leaving the salon, than when I went in. During the short consultation I said that I wasn’t happy with a bob and I end up with one. I said I don’t want the mumsie look, in reply, the stylist said “but you look like a mum”. She didn’t even bother to ask me if I am happy with the trim, I was just told that I am “done”. Such a shame
