Very average haircut for the price. I explained what I wanted, but I feel that the stylist did not give me this. She was also very heavy handed and it was painful at times. My hair smelt burnt after she styled it. Quite disappointing.
Second haircut here and Lucy once again understood exactly what I wanted and did it beautifully. Also treated myself to an extra treatment in the hair wash, and my hair feels lovely! Thank you HM, will be back :)
I received haircut and blow dry from Lucy during my recent visit. Lucy did an excellent job in meeting my specifications and styling my hair exactly how I wanted it. I left the salon feeling satisfied with the final look. Thank you for providing such a high level of service.
