Very disappointing experience. I wanted a big change, end up with a tiny tidy up of my existing cut, with quick blow dry & no styling. I literally looked worse when leaving the salon, than when I went in. During the short consultation I said that I wasnāt happy with a bob and I end up with one. I said I donāt want the mumsie look, in reply, the stylist said ābut you look like a mumā. She didnāt even bother to ask me if I am happy with the trim, I was just told that I am ādoneā. Such a shame
