My appointment was never cancelled and showed as confirmed on TW. I went out of my way to arrive, only to be told there was no availability and no booking. Head office admitted they overbooked and asked me to reschedule. Completely unacceptable.

Booked at 4:45. Was there exactly 4:45. No one was available to do the service. Waited 7 minutes then I decided to ask how long was the wait. It’s another 10 to 15 minutes wait. Zero respect of other people’s time. I decided to leave and the lady I spoke to seems so happy that I decided to leave. She said it’s okay if I cancel but could not help with the refund. Because I had no time to wait, I left without my hair get done. Why take an appointment when there was no hairdresser available?

Absolutely loved my haircut and blow dry. Louise did my hair in the end and she was fantastic — really attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be back.
