A big thank you to the salon manager Kennedi for personally fixing the bad haircut I got from another stylist at your salon. I’m really happy with the new style—it’s exactly what I wanted and looks so natural! I truly appreciate the excellent service.
I also want to thank their customer service for quickly helping me resolve the issue and offering a complimentary hair cut with highly experienced stylist. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate the excellent service and the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
