I had an appointment with a technician a few days ago. The lady was very nice, friendly, easy-going, and polite. I really like the color and the cut. However, the top of my hair doesn’t look refreshed, and unfortunately, there’s no noticeable difference compared to how it looked before my visit. I am a bit disappointed, especially considering the service is quite pricey, and I expected a better result on the top section. Perhaps this technician didn’t have the necessary skills or experience to address it, so I would recommend booking with a more senior professional if you have the same request.
UPD: I was invited to return to the hair salon to have the top section corrected, and the manager did an absolutely amazing job. Everything has been fixed, and there is now a smooth transition from my natural roots to the bleach. I will definitely be booking all my future appointments with her! I am very happy that the team was so understanding and kind to offer this correction free of charge.
