I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. The hair wash felt a bit rough, which made it uncomfortable, and the haircut was very quick—finished in about 20 minutes—and didn’t feel much different from when I walked in. For £70, I was hoping for more attention to detail. I also noticed that the hair brushes had some leftover hair in them, which could be improved for hygiene, and it seemed like the stylist was feeling unwell. I wont be returning.
