My second time there and it was nice. I had a different hairdesser. She was nice but not very talkative. I do not like to talk too much as well, but she even didn't offer me magazine or any advice. It felt a bit distanced. My haircut is really nice though and blow-drying was good. Chairs at shampooing area are very comfy and head massage is lovely. I like this place and will be back again. It is not cheap but it I like going there.

I'd booked a single full colour on Treatwell, but ended up having a difference colour service after consultation. The price difference wasn't made clear until the colour process had been started.
The final result was fab however, and worth every penny. The cut is fantastic and easy to manage. The balayage treatment looks very natural and hopefully will cover the grey for some time! Looks like I have found my new local hairdresser.
