I was told when I arrived the stylist doesn’t do Treatwell and that I needed to pay extra on top to have a toner which I feel was really misleading. I paid for a full head but you can barely tell I’ve had anything done, with some very blocky bits. I feel really scammed by the process and unhappy with the finish. She didn’t check where my parting was and has cut it incorrectly. Absolute waste of money and feel very let down about it
