On arrival the staff were not pleased that I had actually turned up and had hoped the snow would have put me off as they explained they always had a regular customer at the time I had booked ,but graciously managed to squeeze me in!
The treatment room was something like a 70's throw back. The room had a damp smell and this was visible on the walls However I was warm whilst my treatment took place.

The salon was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. I was sat down and started on straight away which I liked no hanging about.
