Very good value and I was pleased with the end result.
Wash, cut and blow-dry. Lovely shampoo and conditioner, left my hair silky soft, smelled fresh and feeling healthy again. The cut was good, slight change to style. The blow-dry was great, glam but gentle. The hairdresser was great, I didn't feel like chatting and she quietly got on with her job, she still checked in though to make sure I'm happy.
I left with a chunk missing out of the front of my hair that the senior stylist couldn’t fix, very disappointed and no apology or offer of a refund!
