One of the best massages I have had for a long time. I have severe shoulder pain and lots of knots in my back, After 2 massages I feel better. Iryna showed me some exercises to do to prevent my muscles tightening in my shoulders and calf. I've already booked my next appointment in advance. Iryna is very good and knows her anatomy of the body to guide you through the massage she is giving you.
