You could hear the music and and people talking in the hairdressing salon, it would of helped if they had soothing music playing in the room, she did not dim the lights. There was no consultation before the treatment started which might have been because the therapists english was limited. No headband was used to keep my hair away from the product used.

Booked individual eyelashes but was told once I got there it was cluster. Had to pay another £25 for individual.
