They do not offer waxing services anymore. I booked my waxing appointment and paid in full, only to arrive at the destination and find out that the lady does not offer the service anymore because she does not work in the establishment. I went back home treatwell was useless. They could not refund me, as they do not have any form of customer support. I contacted the lady who offered the service, but she did not reply. It's an absolute scam!! They will not refund you.
