Staff were lovely and were still able to take my booking even though it was missed as they hadn't checked their emails. They offered me a tea, coffee and even homemade soup! Unfortunately the overall experience was poor. The place I sat at was dirty and had used cups on it with cold tea; the music choice was poor and down low and I wasn't given a towel to go over my shoulders after my hair was washed. This meant dye ran down my top. I also thought it was strange that my hair was dried with paper towels. The cut and colour was good but for £90 prepaid I would assumed I would have had a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Quiet salon where didn't feel rushed. Lorna spent time discussing what I wanted and then got stuck in. Colour is fab and nicely cut too. Thank you

Great little salon. They were quiet so I had 2 stylists looking after me... Really knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely go back.

Received full head tint and cut/blow dry - the stylists are all lovely and so friendly and the finish on my hair is the best I’ve ever had! I will be a regular at head office 👍
