It was a bit confusing to find her in the Grosvenor house hotel - as the salon has a different name. Once we found it .. Nicol was very good ! She did a blow dry and pin up and she spent time doing it .

Nikol is a really pleasant and experienced technician that adores her job and cares about the customer, and what the customer wants. Definitely would recommend. I’m having my nails done with her regularly and wouldn’t change for anyone else❤️
